
This tastes great at any time but is particularly welcome on a hot summer's day!
3 cups unsweetened full fat premium coconut milk, about 2 cans
1/2 cup cocoa powder
6 tablespoons agave syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix all the ingredients till evenly distributed.
Can be chilled and put in an ice cream maker, frozen in chunks and put through a juicer with a homogenizing plate (be sure they'll fit through the tube), or poured into Popsicle molds and frozen. This makes the best fudgesicles ever!
